Clive and James Wood recently combined forces to complete a concise suite of marketing materials to promote the sale of a prestigious Investment Opportunity in London W1…valued at almost £127,000,000…Portman Square House.
From fantastic photography, design and print of a luxurious case bound investment brochure, to the creation a bespoke website for the London based client Cushman & Wakefield, the complete project was managed in record time by the Creativeworld team of property marketing experts.
The amount of information required for such property particulars was extensive, but the Creativeworld team took it in their stride as they always do; from creating their own street maps of London through to taking aerial shots of the location and photographing the superb interiors of the premises – down to the most minute of detail within the bespoke floor plans and the highly detailed Tenancy Schedules – everything was completed to the most exacting of standards.
