Personal Assistant/Administrator Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our busy team.

Personal Assistant/Administrator Assistant providing office support to a close-knit busy team which is vital for the smooth-running of the business.

The daily duties include answering telephone calls, greeting visitors, general office admin, using Microsoft Office – Excel & Word. Proficiency for general admin and electronic filing systems, providing general admin support to the sales based team.

The role will be based at our Head Office in Altham, Accrington, Lancashire.

Requirements and skills:

• Punctual
• Self-motivated, conscientious, and flexible to business needs
• Good level of communication & grammar
• Telephone communication skills
• Experience working with Microsoft office proficiency.
• Capable of working as a part of a team in a open plan office.

Graphic Designer

We are currently looking for local experienced Graphic Designer to work on a number of projects.

The projects predominantly involve the creation of digital and print brochures as well as designing marketing assets for use across social, web, email and more.

You will need to be proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and have excellent attention to detail. 

Experience of property marketing would be advantageous.

Full time position with the option to work from home one day per week.

Salary based on experience.
