Team Creative kick started the year by producing the comprehensive marketing material for Manchester’s legendary urban entertainment venue, The Printworks.
The Brief
Being one the leading property marketing specialists in the UK, the team was approached by renowned commercial real estate giants, JLL, to produce the marketing material for the property. This posed a unique opportunity for developers to acquire one of Manchester’s most iconic Landmarks in the administrative and commercial Hub of the North. The Printworks is found adjacent to Manchester Arndale, Corn Exchange and in close proximity to Selfridges and Harvey Nichols. The Printworks has been said to be Manchester’s premier city centre leisure destination, with a 20-screen multiplex Odeon cinema and many other occupiers such as Wagamama, Hard Rock Café and Nando’s. Overall the iconic property totals a staggering 368,770 sq ft.
Data Room Creation
Our talented digital team developed, designed and created one of Creativeworld’s secure data room’s. Having a data room which breaks down the investment also features downloadable documents which can then be accessed through a secure login system. The Data Room keeps track of user’s activity so you can see which visitors have viewed and downloaded documents, allowing the ability to monitor live activity.
The Final Product
As part of the marketing suite developed by the Creativeworld team, came the production of a uniquely finished luxury brochure to match the colourful personality of the investment on offer.
Firstly we commissioned a photographer for the site, this included daytime, evening and night shots to get across the vibrancy of Manchester at all times of day.
We then set to work on the brochure design and production. The designers again decided on the ever popular layflat binding finish which enables the use of images across the centre of the brochure without losing any of the impact in the spine. We also decided on a soft touch laminate and spot gloss UV outer to create a quality finish.
